Embracing innovation, the company implemented groundbreaking visual packaging and piston technology, significantly enhancing order accuracy and processing speed, which led to increased sales in 1955.

In 1987, National Manufacturing spearheaded the adoption of a two-step sales approval process, setting a new standard within the industry. In 2001, it became the first US builder’s hardware company to expand globally into Canada and Latin America, marking a significant milestone in its international presence.

In 2015, National Hardware was among the pioneers in introducing a comprehensive line of interior doors that seamlessly merged functionality with style, catering to the growing demand of DIY consumers. Celebrating its 120th anniversary in 2021, National Hardware continues to exemplify excellence and innovation in the hardware manufacturing sector.
